Money matters...

The Geographical Center Historical Society receives some operating support from Pierce County.

However, to maintain our historic structures and care for the thousands of objects in our collections,

we rely on admission fees, historical society memberships, gifts, donations, grants, and endowments.

Project support
Choose a project, event or activity you'd like to support

Some of our current projects include:

  • Replacing roofs on the General Store

  • Basic Maintenance on Many of our Buildings

  • Fixing the foundation, windows, roof, etc on the Silva School House

Memorials & Honorariums
are wonderful ways to honor loved ones.

Memorials and honorariums may be made online via Links Abov or mailed to Prairie Village Museum at 102 Hwy 2 SW Rugby, ND 58368.

In-kind gifts
can be anything, from office supplies to food for fundraisers.

Our current wish list includes:

  • Shop Vac

  • Cleaning Products

  • Lumber and building supplies

  • White copy paper, legal pads, envelopes

  • Postage stamps

Planned giving
refers to charitable gifts that require some planning before they are made.

Planned gifts may provide donors with tax benefits and/or income for life, while supporting Prairie Village Museum.
